This is a personal site, representing my thoughts, opinions and notes.  I have an incredible interest in the plight of the software engineer, the craft and process.

I own a consulting company, I'm 2 and 1 as a startup founder and constantly searching fort the best talent I can find.

In my spare time, I work with our local community of developers at JaxDug, mentor a few guys and hack on my own ideas.
